Kindergarten Teacher
Seeking a Kindergarten School teacher for the 2024-2025 school year who delivers high-quality instruction.
The ideal candidate will love God and children and want to train students to love learning and think critically. Candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans, manage a classroom gracefully, and relate well to students, colleagues, and parents.

Music Teacher
Seeking a passionate and qualified Music Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.

Business Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and implementing effective financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial principles.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.

Update daily transactions to Quickbooks Online

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Invoice students' families monthly tuition bills

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

Attend meetings and prepare financial reports when necessary

Handle financial emails

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets

Run bi-monthly payroll

Manage monthly donor income

Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Manage and pay monthly expenses & bills

Monitor cash flow
Skills:

Accounting or related fields.

Proficiency in Quickbooks Online.

CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Cafeteria Manager

Oversee all aspects of the school cafeteria, ensuring efficient and high-quality food preparation and service.

Develop and implement healthy and delicious menus that meet students' nutritional needs.

Manage food budgets, inventory, and purchasing.

Supervise and work with assistant cafeteria staff in a positive and collaborative work environment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
